FIU Restaurant Management Lab

EDG created a hybrid school lab restaurant consisting of a full operating dining restaurant area for 200 persons, wine tower feature, wine tasting area and a teaching bar. The kitchen was designed to incorporate the latest video technology to support the restaurant lab and customer experience.
